Izabelle Garcia

Izabelle Garcia is a Latinx artist and production designer working in New York City, who specializes in actualizing spaces for narrative film and photography. Her focus in indie film highlights her attention to and reverence of the details that drive character authenticity.
Trained as a fine artist, her breadth of work includes film, spacial design, interactive environments and objects for editorial fashion, fine art photography and prop styling. She makes heavy use of the commonplace in her design style, to reveal through unexpected detail, what is often overlooked. Drawing from her Puerto Rican background and upbringing in the American south allows her to bring diverse perspective and vital understanding to all of her projects.
